Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will work with a team of talented and passionate engineers to deliver the next set of product functionality and experiences with extreme robustness and quality through well-established practices. You will be expected to leverage your experience and skills to contribute, mentor and drive the team to reach great levels of quality, performance, and scalability for all the code developed. To be successful you will have to be a good communicator and enjoy participating in a company culture where growth mindset is at the center and your individual results and contribution to the success of others are equally valued.

You will
:

  • Lead the technical direction and vision for the architecture, design, and the implementation of our Globalization Studio features.
  • Take responsibility for uninterrupted operation of these features in the production environment.
  • Work across organizations, collaborating with internal partner teams such as Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Office and others.
  • Interact with our customer and partner community to empower them and to learn from them.
  • Mentor junior engineers to help them grow.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with one or more general purpose programming languages such as TypeScript, C#, Python, Java, C/C++.
  • Strong software design skills (object-oriented design and analysis, relational database design).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow development standards and to work independently.
  • English on business level.
  • Passionate about solving challenging problems.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps development methodologies.

It is a plus if
you have:

  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software experience
  • Experience with tax management, tax reporting or electronic invoicing applications.
  • Worked with Azure cloud technologies, Power Platform, Synapse Analytics, SQL, NoSQL, Microservices, ML, or AI
